Find businesses offering home visits
Use the home-visit filter and confirm your full postcode directly. A published service area does not guarantee availability at every address.
Home repair or collection?
Ask whether the appointment is for diagnosis, repair or collection. A collection service does not mean an engineer will repair the scooter at home.
Agree the charges
Check call-out, diagnosis, labour, parts and any collection and return fees. Ask what happens if the equipment needs to go to the workshop.
